Pneumatic Kicking Legs
One of the many effects I worked on for the Holidayz in Hell maze at Universal Studios Hollywood- Halloween Horror Nights, was this set of kicking legs. It uses pneumatic toggle clamps controlled by solenoid valves and an ardunio uno. We fabricated a metal stand to hold the legs within the Easter basket, and I added springs around the hard stops to help reduce the vibrations within the mechanism.
