Moving Card Catalog

I worked on this card catalog for the Ghostbusters maze at Universal. The effect was actor motivated, by having a push handle on the back of each drawer with a flange mounted linear bearing to achieve a smooth action of the drawers opening and closing. We also hid fans behind the boxes on top of the card catalogs to circulate air throughout the room in order to give the effect of another presence being in the room.
